  • Contact details: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
  • Order history and cart contents.
  • Payment identifiers (we never store card numbers — those are handled by Appiawave / GigPay).
  • For PayBeta applications: SA ID number and affordability information.

3. Why we collect it

To process orders, deliver goods, send order updates, run loyalty rewards, and (for PayBeta) assess credit applications under the NCA.

4. Who we share it with

Appiawave (payments and PayBeta), ClickSend (SMS delivery), our delivery partners. We do not sell your data to third-party marketers.

5. Your POPIA rights
